At the back of the room, you’ll find the kitchen and dining area, fully kitted out with modern appliances for your self-catering holiday in Briggswath. Take your pick of dining spots with a breakfast bar and dining table options.

Venture out from the kitchen-diner to the dog-friendly outdoor area at Iburn House. This enclosed space features a patio and grassy patch, perfect for families with kids to let their little ones run wild during their stay.

Don’t forget about the handy downstairs loo at Iburn House.

Head up to the first floor to discover three of the four bedrooms at Iburn House. With two king size beds and a single bed in separate rooms, there’s a setup to cater to everyone’s needs.

The family bathroom is also on this floor, boasting a bathtub, separate shower, WC, and wash basin.

On the top floor, you’ll find the third king size room with its own en-suite shower room including a WC and basin. Keep in mind that two of the king size beds can be split into singles, so drop us a line before your stay and we’ll make sure the property is set up just right. All beds are dressed with luxurious bedding and premium linens for a restful night’s sleep.
