  • Grant TailBlazr a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the Content as part of our Services.
• Content Standards: Users agree not to upload or submit Content that:

  • Is obscene, offensive, or promotes illegal activity.
  • Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Listings

• Claiming and Managing Listings: Businesses may claim or create listings on TailBlazr, provided they have the necessary authority to do so. By claiming or creating a listing, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Removal or Modification of Listings: TailBlazr reserves the right to remove or modify any listing at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
  • The information is inaccurate, outdated, or misleading.
  • Complaints or reports are received from Users.
  • The listing violates these Terms.
• Paid Listings and Promotions: Paid listings or promotional features are subject to these Terms. TailBlazr does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as increased visibility or engagement, as a result of paid promotions.

6. Payments and Refunds

• All fees for Services are displayed in GBP (£) and must be paid in advance using the accepted payment methods provided on the Website.
• All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where TailBlazr fails to deliver the Services as described. Refunds, if granted, are issued at TailBlazr’s sole discretion.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any taxes, levies, or charges related to your transactions are paid in accordance with applicable laws.
• TailBlazr reserves the right to update pricing or introduce new fees at any time. Any changes will not affect payments already made for active Services.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Accuracy of Listings and Content: TailBlazr does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Listings, reviews, or other User-generated Content available on the Website. Users rely on this information at their own risk.
• Service Availability: While we strive to ensure that the Website operates smoothly, TailBlazr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Website or Services. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • TailBlazr Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or Services.
  • TailBlazr’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Users agree not to:
  • Submit or promote content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold TailBlazr Ltd harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Labour disputes or strikes.
  • Pandemics or other public health emergencies.
• In such events, TailBlazr will make reasonable efforts to resume its obligations as soon as possible.

12. Integrity of the Database

• Ownership: The database of listings, reviews, and all associated content on TailBlazr (the “Database”) is the exclusive property of TailBlazr Ltd. It is protected by copyright, database rights, and other applicable laws in England and Wales and internationally.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
  • Copy, scrape, extract, or use automated means to access or replicate any part of the Database without prior written consent from TailBlazr.
  • Use the Database for commercial purposes, including redistribution, resale, or other unauthorised uses.
  • Modify, adapt, or reverse-engineer any part of the Database or the Website’s functionality.
• Monitoring and Enforcement: TailBlazr actively monitors activity on its platform to prevent unauthorised access or misuse of the Database. Any violations will result in immediate account suspension or termination, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
• Legal Action: Any unauthorised copying, scraping, or misuse of the Database will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law. This may include civil claims for damages, injunctions, and reporting to appropriate authorities for criminal enforcement.

13. Smart Pet Tag Product Terms

13.1 Overview

The TailBlazr Smart Pet Tag is a physical product designed to help reunite lost pets with their owners. It works by linking to an online pet profile, which is accessed by scanning the tag or visiting its unique URL.

By purchasing, activating, or using a TailBlazr Smart Pet Tag, you agree to the terms outlined in this section, in addition to our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

13.2 Product Activation & Ownership

Each Smart Pet Tag comes with a unique 12-digit ID and a 6-character PIN, which are required to activate and manage the tag. Once activated:

• The tag becomes linked to the registered user’s account.

• The profile becomes accessible to anyone who has both the correct tag ID and PIN, typically by scanning the tag or entering the URL.

• You are responsible for managing and updating your pet’s profile and contact preferences.

The activation process includes acceptance of these Terms.

13.3 Data Visibility & Privacy

Users have full control over what information is shared via their pet’s profile, including contact details, medical info, social media links, and photographs. These fields are optional, and you should only enter contact information for individuals with their prior consent.

Although access to profiles requires both a 12-digit ID and 6-character PIN, users should be aware that pet profiles are designed to be publicly viewable to facilitate reunification in the event a pet is lost.

13.4 Limitations of Use

The Smart Pet Tag is not a live GPS tracker. Location alerts rely on the person who scans the tag choosing to share their location. This means:

• Location accuracy may vary

• Notifications are not guaranteed

• We are not responsible for whether or not someone chooses to contact you

• Account holder must have access to their TailBlazr-registered email address to receive notifications

The tag is a complementary tool and does not replace legally required pet ID tags as defined by UK law.

13.5 Returns Policy

We accept returns of Smart Pet Tags within 28 days of delivery, provided:

• The product is unopened and in its original packaging

• The activation code and PIN have not been scratched or used

• The product has not been activated or linked to an account

Once a tag has been activated or the security strip removed, it becomes non-refundable due to its nature as a single-use, user-linked item.

13.6 Lifetime Access & Feature Use

“Lifetime access” refers to access to the pet profile and current feature set (e.g. location-sharing emails, editable profiles) for as long as TailBlazr operates the Smart Pet Tag service. We reserve the right to retire this service with a minimum of 30 days’ notice, posted on our website.

Additional premium features may be introduced in the future but will never restrict access to features already included in the one-time purchase.

13.7 Liability & Responsibility

TailBlazr is not responsible for:

• Loss of a pet or delays in being contacted

• Inaccuracies in the information displayed on the pet profile

• Failure of someone to scan or respond using the tag

• Data entered or shared by the user

• Any damage to a pet from wearing our tag – pets should always be supervised
• Service downtime beyond our control (acts of God, web host failure)

The Smart Pet Tag is a tool to assist in reunification but does not guarantee results.

14. Amendments

• TailBlazr reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Website.
• Your continued use of the Website or Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly for updates.

15. Privacy Policy

• Your use of the Website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
• By using TailBlazr, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Website and Services.
