   • Any violation of these Terms, including unauthorised scraping or infringement of Tailblazr’s intellectual property, may result in immediate account termination and legal proceedings. Tailblazr reserves the right to seek damages, including legal costs, for any such violations.
2. User Responsibilities:
   • You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during account creation and use is accurate, current, and complete. You must update any information promptly to maintain its accuracy.
   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Tailblazr immediately of any unauthorised use or suspected breach of your account.
3. User Contributions:
   • Tailblazr allows users to upload information about dog-friendly venues. By uploading content to Tailblazr, you represent and warrant that you have the right to upload such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
   • While you retain ownership of your content, you grant Tailblazr a broad licence to use the content as described in these Terms. By submitting content, you grant Tailblazr a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media or platform, including for marketing and promotional purposes.
   • Except as expressly provided, nothing in these Terms transfers any rights or ownership of Tailblazr’s intellectual property to you.
4. Content Moderation:
   • Tailblazr reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.
   • You agree to cooperate with Tailblazr in any investigation related to user-generated content.
5. Intellectual Property:
   • The content on Tailblazr, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is owned by or licensed to Tailblazr and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
   • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content on Tailblazr without the prior written consent of Tailblazr or the respective copyright owner.
   • Any unauthorised access, use, copying, or scraping of the Tailblazr database or its contents is strictly prohibited. Tailblazr reserves the right to take legal action against any party engaging in such activities.
   • Tailblazr asserts its rights under the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997. Any unauthorised extraction or reuse of a substantial part of the Tailblazr database constitutes a breach of these rights and may result in legal action, including claims for damages.

Tailblazr has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.    • Tailblazr does not warrant that the functions contained in Tailblazr will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that Tailblazr or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability:

Any errors or inaccuracies are unintentional, and we do not claim any malice in such mistakes.
    • If you are a business owner listed on Tailblazr and believe that any information about your business is incorrect, or if you wish to have information removed or corrected, please contact us. We will review and address your request as swiftly as possible. We are committed to making reasonable efforts to comply with valid requests for corrections or removals.
    • Tailblazr shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the accuracy of information provided about businesses listed on our site. While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, we do not accept responsibility for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the business information.
    • Tailblazr does not claim to be affiliated with or endorsed by any business listed on our site. The inclusion of a business on Tailblazr does not imply any formal relationship or endorsement by Tailblazr.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

    • Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Users agree to resolve any disputes through mediation or arbitration before pursuing other legal remedies. The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes will be the courts of England and Wales.
    • Before initiating legal proceedings, Users agree to submit disputes to binding arbitration or mediation under the rules of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR). The place of arbitration shall be England, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
