Our tags have an epoxy coating which helps to withstand everyday bumps, and splashes under normal use. They’re not waterproof or scratch-proof – signs of wear may appear over time (i.e. prolonged water exposure, exposure to rough surfaces).
Our smart tag is designed to support with identification and the safe return of lost pets, but may not be a legal substitute for a traditional dog ID tag. Please refer to legislation in your country.
