Terms and Conditions for the TailBlazr Limited Competition

Competition Name: TailBlazr’s Dog-Friendly Places Raffle

Promoter:

The promoter of this competition is TailBlazr Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 16090823. The registered office address is Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester, England, M2 3WQ.

Eligibility

1. 1. 1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
      2. Employees, agents, or subcontractors of TailBlazr Limited, their families, or anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.
      3. Proof of identity, age, and residency may be required to claim the prize.
      4. Only one individual per submission is eligible to receive an entry into the raffle. Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties will not be accepted.

How to Enter

1. 1. 1. Participants must submit a dog-friendly place via the TailBlazr Limited website or mobile application using the designated submission form.
      2. Submissions must be complete and include the participant’s valid email address. Entries with missing or invalid information, including email addresses, will not be counted.
      3. Each unique, confirmed dog-friendly submission will receive one (1) entry into the raffle draw.
      4. Duplicate submissions for places already listed in the TailBlazr database will not qualify. Participants are responsible for checking the database to ensure the place they wish to submit is not already listed.
      5. Participants may receive two (2) additional entries by sharing the competition post on their public Instagram story, tagging @TailBlazr, and ensuring their profile is public. This bonus is limited to one instance per participant, regardless of the number of shares.

1. 1. 1. The prize is a dog treat hamper valued at £45, containing the following items:
         1. 2 x Lily’s Kitchen Beef Mini Burgers
         2. 2 x Lily’s Kitchen Duck and Venison Sausages
         3. 2 x Lily’s Kitchen Chicken Bites
         4. 2 x Lily’s Kitchen Chicken Jerky
         5. 1 x Pooch & Mutt Duck & Rosemary Dental Treats
         6. 1 x Pooch & Mutt Turkey & Hemp Calming Treats
         7. 1 x Pooch & Mutt Shrimp & Coconut Skin and Coat Treats
      2. TailBlazr Limited is not affiliated with Lily’s Kitchen or Pooch & Mutt, and the brands are not sponsors of this competition.
      3. TailBlazr Limited makes no guarantees regarding the suitability, quality, or safety of the prize.
      4. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure the prize is safe for their dog(s), taking into account individual dietary requirements and allergies. Participants are strongly encouraged to consult with a veterinarian if unsure.
      5. TailBlazr Limited accepts no liability for any harm, illness, or injury caused as a result of using or consuming the prize.
      6. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of the prize is permitted unless TailBlazr Limited, at its sole discretion, agrees to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.

Competition Period

1. 1. 1. The competition opens at 08:00 on 16 December 2024 and closes at 20:00 on 03 January 2025.
      2. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

Winner Selection and Notification

1. 1. 1. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries during a live draw hosted on the TailBlazr Instagram account (@TailBlazr) on 04 January 2025 at 10:00 AM (GMT).
      2. Participants are encouraged to follow the TailBlazr Instagram account to watch the live draw, but this is not a condition of entry.
      3. The winner will also be notified via the email address provided during submission within 24 hours of the live draw.
      4. If the winner does not respond to the email notification within seven (7) days of being contacted, or if the email provided is invalid, TailBlazr Limited reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
      5. TailBlazr Limited accepts no responsibility for participants missing the live event or failing to respond to notifications due to technical or personal issues.

Use of Data and Publicity

1. 1. 1. By entering the competition, participants consent to TailBlazr Limited using their name, general location, and entry for promotional purposes in connection with the competition, including on social media and other marketing channels, without additional compensation.
      2. Personal data provided during entry will only be used for the administration of this competition in accordance with TailBlazr Limited’s privacy policy, available at https://tailblazr.com/privacy-policy/ 

Liability

1. 1. 1. TailBlazr Limited accepts no liability for:
         1. Loss, damage, or injury of any nature resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
         2. Any technical failures or interruptions, including but not limited to website or application errors, preventing participation in the competition.
         3. Any unauthorised access to or alteration of entries during transmission.
      2. Participants acknowledge that the prize is offered “as is” and that TailBlazr Limited makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability, safety, or fitness for purpose of the prize.
      3. TailBlazr Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it impossible to continue the competition.
      4. TailBlazr Limited reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, government regulations, fire, floods, strikes, or civil unrest. In such an event, TailBlazr Limited will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by participants.
      5. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants acknowledge that they are providing information to TailBlazr Limited and not to Instagram.

General Terms

1. 1. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
   2. TailBlazr Limited reserves the right to disqualify entries it believes to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or to have been made fraudulently. Furthermore, TailBlazr Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
      1. Violates these Terms and Conditions.
      2. Provides false or misleading information.
      3. Attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the competition by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices.
      4. Engages in any conduct that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to TailBlazr Limited, the competition, or other participants.
   3. TailBlazr Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice if necessary to ensure the proper administration of the competition.
   4. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
