Nestled in the heart of the village, Marlpit Cottage boasts a snug lounge at the rear, complete with a plush sofa, two armchairs, a Smart TV, and a hi-fi system. When the evenings turn chilly, guests can bask in the warmth of the wood burner.

At the front, the kitchen and dining area are fully kitted out with a fridge, freezer, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and handy appliances like a microwave and kettle. It’s the perfect spot for family feasts or prepping for seaside expeditions.

Upstairs, three inviting bedrooms await. The generously-sized double room caters to parents, offering ample storage and a handy hand basin. Meanwhile, the two twin rooms feature charming built-in bunk beds and bonus play space beneath rustic wooden ceilings – ideal for older children. Please bear in mind that the bunk rooms are unsuitable for under-fives or those with mobility challenges due to ladder access.

On the upper floor, guests will find a shower room and a separate WC across the hallway, alongside an extra WC on the ground level.
