Step inside on the ground floor into the cosy living/dining room furnished with a snug sofa, a stylish leather occasional chair, and a dining table accommodating up to 8 guests. This room flows seamlessly into the modern, fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast table perfect for 2. You’ll find plenty of cookware, cutlery, glassware, and crockery for whipping up a delightful brunch or dinner for loved ones. Tea, coffee, sugar, and basic cooking essentials are on hand. Step out into the private courtyard with a table and chairs, ideal for sipping coffee in the sunshine or enjoying a leisurely lunch with friends.
Head downstairs to the ‘snug’, a second living space where a small double sofa bed awaits for a solo guest, along with another small sofa for unwinding in front of the TV or using as an additional guest bedroom; spare duvets, pillows, and bed linen are provided.
Upstairs on the first floor, discover the chic bathroom featuring a bath, sink, WC, and separate shower cubicle. An extra WC is conveniently located nearby, with plenty of guest toiletries supplied.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and ample wardrobe space for all your belongings. Ascend to the top floor to find two more bedrooms – one with a king-size bed and the other with a small double. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
Quietly tucked away in the vibrant North Laine area of Brighton, renowned for its eclectic atmosphere, independent stores, and quirky cafes, this house is the perfect spot to amble around, grab a coffee, and soak in the unique vibes of Brighton. Within just a 10-minute walk, you’ll find yourself at the beach, and the Brighton train station is easily accessible too.
