Tarka Bideford

Tarka is a cafe situated in busy Mill Street offering locally sourced food, freshly made. Most of the food we buy is sourced within half a mile of our cafe and we are proud to support our local traders.

Situated on one of Bideford’s most popular shopping streets, Tarka is surrounded by other independent shops, cafés, and attractions. After a stroll along the nearby River Torridge or a walk on the Tarka Trail, it’s an ideal place to pick up a memorable souvenir or simply enjoy the warm hospitality.
